Mike Dineen

Mike studied law at the University of Canterbury and worked at a leading New Zealand law firm for 36 years (31 years as partner) before setting up his own practice in 2016. He joined Vince & Rice as a consultant in 2024.

Throughout his career, Mike specialised in banking and finance, insolvency, securities, funds management and insurance. With his deep understanding of the legal intricacies and evolving trends in the banking and finance industry, his wealth of knowledge and experience equips him to offer invaluable insights and navigate complex legal frameworks and regulations.
